Feeder have never been far from the charts, or strangers to the stage. Having sold over 5 million records since 1996, they’ve played all over the world, bringing their anthemic rock music to fans old and new. Always exhilarating, always celebratory, tracks like ‘Just The Way I’m Feeling’, ‘Buck Rogers’, ‘Just A Day’, ‘Feeling A Moment’, ‘Tumble & Fall’ and ‘Lost And Found’ are just some of the 21 top 40 chart hits the band have enjoyed over the years. Feeder are ready to reclaim their position as one of the biggest and best British rock bands. In autumn 2016, the band released a critically acclaimed new top 10 ten studio album ‘All Bright Electric’ and completed a sold-out UK tour. Another sold-out UK tour took place in Spring 2017.
Feeder have further big plans for this year, including 11 festival appearances, an indie / student club tour, various exclusive D2C gigs and Feeder ‘The Homecoming’ Festival on 25th August (Chepstow Racecourse), which will be filmed for commercial broadcast. Another (10 date) UK auditorium tour is booked in for Spring 2018.
This new, comprehensive ‘Best Of Feeder’ will be released in celebration of the band’s 21st Anniversary. The deluxe formats (3CD casebound book, 4LP in 12” hardback book) will feature all the singles released between 1996 and 2017 as well as a complete LP and CD disc of 9 newly recorded, exclusive tracks. The 2CD (softpack) collection will feature all of the top 40 singles, other key singles, and four of those new tracks, 2 of which will be released as singles in support of this release (One on 14th August, one on album release date). All 10 studio albums are represented.
All formats feature booklets with extensive sleeve notes and new band interviews – the deluxe formats have extended versions of those. Bold cover text will be foil-blocked for all formats, with a different metallic colour for each. Produced in association with Feeder and management, who are fully supporting all aspect of this release.
‘The Feeder Story’ - a newly produced, 1-hour TV documentary including rare / revealing band interviews, unseen and recent live footage, will be broadcast around release date of the ‘Best Of’ in support of marketing and PR activity
